I've had trouble taking photos of my layouts until I was standing in front of the fridge one day. I used a little bit of blu tack on the back of the layout, stuck it on the fridge at eye level and then took the photo. Didn't turn out too bad! For perfect square photo, you can use photo editing software to trim around the edges if you wish.

That's a great tip! It's always a bit tricky to get a good photo of a layout. It also helps to turn the flash off, to save you getting reflections from your photos  |
